FITNESS

 

We offer several fitness programs for various age groups and fitness levels.  We have group and individual sessions available.  Our primary focus will be on programs that promote a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness.  We will also have basketball programs for the youth.  In the future, we look to offer more sports and a nutrition program.  The programs and age groups will be as follows:

  • Free Basketball Lessons- Ages 6-12:  Group Sessions on Saturday Mornings
  • Individual Basketball Workouts – Ages 13-18:  Individual and Group Sessions are available
  • Get Fit with Coach Patrece – All ages welcome:  Group Sessions on Saturday Mornings;  Ages 18 and up:  Individual Sessions are available
